Welcome to the colorful Border Pride parade! All LGBTIQA+ people and people who defend their rights are welcome to join!

If you don't have anything rainbow-themed, come to Haparanda's  Square between 11-12 (FI), Meri-Lapin Seta ry will be handing out free rainbow flags and Happy Faces Tornio will be there doing face painting.

The parade starts at 12 Finnish time from Haparanda Square and ends behind the Aine's Art Museum for an autumn picnic.

At Viktoria Square, we are met by the Anti-War Kemi -group, bringing the word for peace.

Even if you don't march in the parade yourself, we encourage everyone to wave rainbow flags (or something else colorful!) along the parade route.
